Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address worldwide; however, if you are trying to order from a global address and need help, please contact us at info@airskinner.com.
We use the US Postal Service to ship our product by First Class with tracking or via Priority Mail, depending on your selection and destination. USPS Priority Mail International generally ships international orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Any products returned must be in the same condition you received it in. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

All parts must be returned, including the Luer-lock and Luer adapters, or you will not receive a refund. Items that have been used or were damaged in your possession may not be returned.
If you need to return an item, please visit your account to start a return or contact us. We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.
